Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the Campus MIS application (referred to as “the Application”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the service.

1. Use of the Application

• The Application is provided to educational institutions for school management purposes only.

• You agree to use the platform lawfully and not for any fraudulent or malicious purpose.

• Access credentials are to be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Use of Campus MIS requires a valid subscription plan (prepaid).

• Payment must be made in advance based on the plan selected.

• Failure to renew or pay may lead to account deactivation or limited access.

3. Data & Privacy

• All data collected will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

• Institutions are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data they upload.

4. Intellectual Property

• The software, design, content, and branding are owned by DolSky Solutions.

• You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Application or any part of it.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We are not liable for any data loss or damages resulting from system failures or misuse.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Customers may discontinue use anytime, but refunds will be governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Modifications

• These Terms may be updated. Continued use implies acceptance of any new terms.
